Abstract

The main aim of this article is to present three social influence mechanisms (coercion, persuasion, acculturation) and to compare these mechanisms with the traditional public administration methods (coercion and persuation).
This comparative analysis represents the new possibilities to enforce the administrative law.
The last part of this article represents the social problem in Lithuania – the enforcement of the administrative law, which garanties the right of persons with disabilities to park in the special places and public action (opinion) during this enforcement process.
The conclusion of this article is that the respect the right of persons with disabilities, the ensurance their independence, their social and occupational integration and participation in the life of community are not entirely the issues of administrative law forcement by traditional public administration methods (coercion and persuasion); the acculturation, as the mechanism of social influence, might be the alternative key.
