Definition of Forensic Examination and its Competence

Abstract
The author intends to describe the meaning of the term “forensic examination” and to discuss its competence. The main conclusion made is that the competence of forensic examination may be defined only when the fact investigator knows what special knowledge is necessary and what examination objects have to be presented for an expert to get full and truthful expert conclusion.
