Prevention of organized crimes in Germany taking legal measures

Abstract
The author presents legal measures taken in Germany which prevent of organized crime and describes the law passed after 1990 when the problem became more urgent. The author gives attention to possibilities of using operatives and their legal adjustment and analyses importance of conclusive facts adduced by confidential agents which were used in legal practice in Germany.
An urgent problem presented in German legal works is a provocation of crime organized by police and its legal estimation. Provocation is kept separate from instigation.
Another urgent problem in Germany is taking of property from criminals which they gained taking illegal means. The legal measures which are taken in such cases are analysed as well. One of these measures is broadened confiscation of property.
