The Aspects of the Legal Analysis of Administrative Offences Against Public Order

Abstract
In the article the problems of legal analysis and classification of the corpus delict of offences against public order are discussed. Currently, the offences against public order are very popular. Therefore, the problems of ensuring public order are considered both in theoretical and practical levels.
The author widely analyses the conception of public order which is of great importance to the analysis of the corpus delict of legal offences. In addition, the author discusses the problems of classification and imposition of penalties upon separate offences of public order such as petty hooliganism, the appearing of a drunk person in public places, prostitution, the disturbing of public rest etc. Moreover, the article analysis the problems of separation of offences against public order from crimes. The author proposes what kind of offences against public order should be included in the valid laws of Lithuania.
