Pecularities of the Way of Life of the first Year Students of Law Academy of Lithuania

Abstract
The work aimed at the determination of some charakteristics of the days routine of the first year students of the Academy. 446 first year students were interwiewed, among them 360 males and 86 females. It was discovered that the students because of routine studies (on the average the students spend 11,0+/-0,05 hours studying at the classes and independentty) sleep too short (on average 7,21+/-0,04 hours). The students experience much strain – approximately they undergo 2,6+/-0,1 situations cousing wories and nervous tension.
Having compared the obtained results with the results of the research conducted a year ago it was found that the studying time at the higer school becomes longer and the leisure time becomes shorter.
Therefore, in oder not injure students health it is necessary to humanize the training process, to create the feedback between the students and separate tracking subjects at the Law Academy and establish psychologists office, where students could get immediate psychological aid and learn to overcome tense situations.
