Abstract
The article discusses the situation of the main administrative process conception and the regulation of national legal acts, also the problems of administrative process concept. The author presents his opinion towards the prospect of administrative process future development in Lithuania, the preconditions necessary for the creation of Administrative Process Code. In addition, the author includes a few opinions of the other specialists.
