The Problem of Recovery of Damages Caused by Criminal Acts
##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
According to the valid legal acts, recovery of damages to the victim who has suffered from criminal act depends on the actions of Law and Order officers directly. Only after they identify and detect the criminal or the one who is financially liable for his actions the victim can expect recovery of damages. Factual recovery of damages, however, will directly depend on the results of the preparatory investigation, later on – on the efficiency of the actions and actions of court bailiffs. Another topical issue is the recovery of damages for those victims in whose cases the person who caused the damage has not been identified.
In the article the authors will try to ground the duty of state to recover damages for victims suffering from criminal acts. The object of study of this article is functions of the state and its role in respect to its people, historic aspects as well as modern evaluation.
