Use of special knowledge in work of the inspector

Abstract
In given article the problems of qualifications connected to questions, of the inspectors of Investigation department MIA of Lithuania are considered. Problem of special knowledge in investigation of economic crimes is mentioned as well.
Special economic knowledge is important in investigation of economic crimes. It can be realized by various remedial ways: by check, auditing, economic examination. However, in the article another one important question is considered – whether the inspector or any other person investigating owes an economic crime has special economic knowledge.
The author comes to a conclusion that of the given category the inspectors, besides presence of legal education, should be guided in economic special knowledge. Probably in the future there should be a requirement to have two higher education – legal and economic.
In the article there are diagrams and tables reflecting a situation in Investigation department at MIA of Lithuania.
