The Search of the Concept of the legal Responsibility

Abstract
The article deals with the principles of the concept of the legal responsibility. The necessity to interpret the legal responsibility as the relation between the behaviour of an individual and requirements of legal norms providing the stimulation when a person behaves legally and penaling him if a person infringes the requirements of the legal norms is emphasized in the article. The legal responsibility is the obligation of a individual to respect rights of others and always garant then by the realization of his legal duties, the obligation to compensate the harm, which appears by using sybjective rights and the obligation to execute the sanction provided by legal norms and garanted by the state. The conditions of the legal responsibility are analysed in the article as well. The main tendencies of the policy of the application of legal sanctions in the contemporary states are analysed here too.
