Indentity of Undercover Activities

Abstract
For the long period undercover activities and undercover activities theory were not of a public nature and usually were separate undercover activities categories, concerning the departmental juridical reguliation gainsaid for the main people rights and freedom.
After rehabilitation of Lithuanian independence, essencial inadequacies of undercover activities accomplishment were found between democratic and totalitarity state.
The beginning of Lithuanian law reform and the process of integration into Europe Union had a huge influence on the development of undercover activities and undercover activities theory, because of increasing demand to change the old science categories to novelties.
The research object of this article is undercover activities theory and the general object of scientific research is to analyse and summarize, by implementing historical, logical–comparative, systematic analysis methods, the scientific propositions, which prove the identity of scientific undercover activities theory, and estabilish factors and situations, that influence the development of progressive undercover activities theory.
