The Enforcement Procedure in Lithuania: the Present Situation and Trends of Reformation

Abstract
Generally well known is now existing factual and legal standing of the execution process when because of the fault of the execution process rules of the substantive law cannot be obligatory realised. In such a way the very concept of justice is to be dishonoured, as the person concerned of a real court judgement.
Existing problems of the system of execution of court judgements are not only legal problems and cannot be solved only by legal measures. They are closely related to the present political and, first of all, economic situation of the state. However, problems related to the legal problems of the execution process have to be solved as soon as possible.
The existing problems of the execution system of judgements and possibilities of their solution in the new Code of the Civil Procedure are examined in the article.
