Enterprice Mortgage

Abstract
Acording to the Civil Code of Lithuanian Republic an enterprice is accepted as the object of civil rights, which may consist of independent objects, rights or obligations. The consisting parts’ features of the object determine peculiarity of the object’s disposal. That is why in order to avoid violation of the privy rights and interests, the regulation of enterprice attendance at civil circulation is obligatory. Due to the reason the research result could be defined in a way: enterprice could not be mortgaged. But evaluation of the enterprice was not the only purpose of the article. The author also tried to explain the ambiguity of the term „enterprice” used in Civil Code and to draw his own conclusion.
