Regulation of the Use of Technical Measures in Criminal Procedure

Abstract
In this work called „Regulation of the use of technical measures in criminal procedure” the use of technical measures in the criminal process, the concept itself and its kinds, limits of the use are discussed, but the greatest attention is paid to the discussion of procedure rules, which fix forms and ways of the use of technical measures.
The legal regulation of current Code on Criminal Procedure of Republic of Lithuania and other laws, which regulate the mentioned matters, pointed on the weak sides of current regulation. Thoughts of various authors are discussed as well. The author of the article is trying to formulate offers how the use of technical means might be regulated in the future Code on Criminal Procedure of Republic of Lithuania.
