- the contemporary conception of civil service,
- administration of the process of career,
- the fundamental analysis of career process
- the career administration problems in police and customs institutions.
Such a multifaceted body clearly warrants the best critical attention in the form of research and statutory (police, customs) institutions study. The career problems as aspect of research should therefore be complemented with research on the police and customs by organizations independent of statutory institutions. A close link between statutory officers training and universities is an example of measures that could serve such a research purpose.
