Social Changes and Subjectivity of Police

Abstract
The article deals with tendency of formation of social changes and subjectivity of police. This tendency depends on reforms of legal system and police. In this article the influence of social changes to subjectivity of police, and principles of reforms of police system are dicussed. The author presents his arguments and his own version concerning the issues discussed in this article.
