Abstract
Problems of guarantee payments’ and extra pays’ conception and their separation from wage and other forms of payments are analyzed in the article. It should note that at this moment there is no proper clarification of the conception of guarantee payments and guarantee extra pays in Laws or in legal science. It is hard to separate them from wage or one another without correct concept of these forms of employee guaranties.
In the article different Laws, legal scientific literature and concept of guarantee payments and extra pays are compared and studied applying logical and comparative analysis methods. The author researches essential features and elements and formulates the concepts of the mentioned forms of payments. Using formulated features and concepts guarantee payments and extra pays are separated from the wage and from each other.
