Parliament Member Indemnity: Theoretical and Practical Aspects

Abstract
The article analyses one of parliament member legal status element – indemnity – its content, theoretical and practical aspects, gives foreign countries juridical regulation review, correlative to consolidation of parliament member’s indemnity.
The main attention is paid to disclosure of qualitative and quantitative content of parliamentarian social-economical character guarantees, its peculiarity in national legal systems of different states. Authors suppose that foreign countries experience analysis will help to evaluate advantages and demerits of Lithuanian legal system, and will be useful for successfully operative common principles implementation into Lithuanian legal practice.
