Abstract
The article presents an in-depth assessment of state policy in regard to the organisation of reforms in the education providers’ network seeking to analyse its impact on realising students’ rights to education. The right to education is inextricably linked to one’s constitutional duty to seek education, as outlined in one of the main requirements for children up to the age of 16 to attend school. The role of state institutions in facilitating the implementation of the aforementioned rights and duties is briefly discussed.
