Abstract
Theoretische und praktische Aspekte der Auffassung, Struktur und Beweisführung von Verbrechensalibi. Die Nachprüfung des Alibis ist eng verbunden mit der Nachprüfung der Versionen während der Verbrechensermittlung, weil das von dem Prozessteilnehmer aufgeworfene Alibi oft das Beweissystem einfach zerstört, wodurch eine Problemsituation in der Verbrechensermittlung entsteht.
