Social Compromise as the Sign of Legal Statute

Abstract
The problems of establishment of compromise of social interests in a legal act are discussed in the article. The establishment of social compromise is held one of the most important characteristics of legal act. Such legal act is under state warranty for the state of law but not for ”social war”. The problem of the relationship between law and politics imminent in the law making process is discussed in the article. It is stated that political decisions depend upon law which is self-sufficient and cannot be identified solely with legal techniques. Legal techniques as a procedure is valued as one of the most important conditions allowing to attach guarantees of meaningfulness to the laws. The interdependence between legal techniques and sociology is discussed. This link provides law with dynamism through politics to search for social interests and also provides law with stability in the establishing of social compromise in the laws.
