Handwriting Expertise Development Tendencies in Lithuania

Abstract
The article discusses purposes of handwriting, authorship and graphological examinations, circle of questions solved by them and the competence of experts who carry out the examinations mentioned. Also questions related to legal regulation of examination made by private experts, possibility to issue certificates to experts by Lithuanian Ministry of Justice are analyzed in the article.
