Prognosis of Hooliganism Perspectives in 1999-2000

Abstract
In this work, hooliganism is analyzed and prognosis of its development is made. To make this prognosis, the extrapolation and expert estimation methods were used. With extrapolation method preliminary prognosis is made and with expert estimation method this prognosis is made more precise. With expert estimation method main factors exerting influence on hooliganism crime are analyzed.
Hooliganism in 1999-2000 should increase about 7 %, the structure of hooliganism should change –part of elementary hooliganism decrease but part of hooliganism with weapon increase and parts of women and group hooliganism increase and part of hooliganism to be made previous by convicted people.
