Abstract
The interests of a crime victim are not only limited with a deserved criminal punishment being inflicted to a criminal. The restitution of his violated interest from the civil legal point of view, proper assessment and compensation of property and moral damage, is very important to him. Meanwhile, according to the acting laws, compensation of moral damage is not provided. The amount of moral damage is not provided. The amount of moral taking into consideration exact circumstances of the case is defined by a judge.
