The science of criminalistics in the process of development

Abstract
The article continues the analysis of the state the science of criminalistics, which was previously discussed in other works of the authors and also evaluates the state of the science in Lithuania. The authors have paid a considerable deal of attention to the circumstances, which stipulate the present state of criminalistics, tried to designate priorities of criminalistics in Lithuania and to formulate the outline of development of criminalistics. The outline should cover the model of development of criminalistics itself as well as it present day system and relations to other sciences. It should also help to solve the problems of crime investigation and should cover the problems of creation and improvement of legal base for teaching criminalistics and its management.
