Issue of Proffessional Third Party Liability Insurance Concept and Implementation of its Direct Purpose

Abstract
The main attention is paid to a new, perspective type of insurance in Lithuania, i.e. to professional liability insurance. During the implementation of this insurance, a problem of indertemination of this type of insurance (no conception) is met. There is no legal unified conception of professional liability insurance, so there are no main evaluation criteria of this type of insurance.
Also the main terms of this insurance are explained, characteristic features of this type of insurance are distinguished as well as its definition is determined in the article. The author considers a problem of direct implementation of direct purpose too. According to the author, there is no guarantee of implementation of direct purpose of this type of insurance without legal conception of this type of insurance and other legal acts establishing the principle guidelines, terms of activity of professional liability insurance. Also it is attempted to disclose the reasons of the problem and to determine the principle ways of their solving.
