Abstract

The problems raised and investigated in the article are greatly concerned with the solutions of property estimation in the process of their execution. In estimation of property attachment we come upon with the concepts: „market value”, „prices of the certain locality” variance, normalization of the solutions of property estimation in the process of their execution. That is why the real value of property attachment is distorted. The influence of the forced sale for the value of property is investigated as well.
