About Philosophical and World Outlook Aspects of Law

Abstract
The article deals with the necessity of reinforcement of world outlook and prognostic functions of philosophical and legal theory. The author thinks, that it must disclose the regularities and prognosticate the movement of legal matter and to define the main tendency in the development of state and legal phenomena. It is impossible without the elaboration of philosophical principles of law, which form the world outlook basic sources of law and define all subsequent stages of its effectiveness in the end.
