Problems of Compensation of Non–Real Damage on the Background of Non–Contractual Obligfations

Abstract
This publication deals with regulation peculiarities of non-real damage on the background of some non-contractual obligations after committed criminal act.
Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania presents conception of non-real damage and introduces peremptory cases of damage compensation, its estimation process but does not indicate the regulations of arising questions.
The author analyses the law project as well as gives his critical evaluation and makes some suggestions on the subject.
This article introduces foreign country’s experience while solving similar tortious liability problems and presents European Council’s provisions that regulate author’s studied problems.
