Abstract
In the article tasks of criminalistic tactics and questions related to influence of new Criminal Procedure Code on criminalistic tactics are considered. Criminal procedure is one of the basic sources of criminalistics science. The author considers the hypothesis about influence of the new criminal trial over criminalistic tactics studies tasks.
In the article primary goals of criminalistic tactics are analyzed. These goals are the developing of tactical receptions and recommendations directed to the rational organization of pre-judicial investigation, systematic investigation of crimes, effective performance of pre-judicial actions and means of remedial compulsion, and purposeful gathering of proofs.
