Improving of Organization Climate in Law Academy Kaunas Faculty

Abstract
Creation of a positive: organization climate takes an important part in policeman’s development process. Kaunas Police faculty students have got a questionnaire which helps to elucidate the influence of students motivation, self-identification level and possibilities to satisfy their needs to the climate of organization. The results show that only one part of students satisfy their safety, communication and acknowledgement of other needs. They are not motivated enough for successful studies and work. The authorities and teachers of the faculty should constantly develop their professional and communication skills.
