The Practice and Problems in Forensic Examination Coclusion Wording

Abstract
The paper deals with Lithuanian and foreign countries forensic examination conclusion wording. Here is shown that examiners use different terms for the same meaning. This fact makes difficulties in the interpretation of the evidence.
The probable, possible and negative conclusion wordings are discussed in the article. Also the levels of identification are considered. The standardisation of forensic terms and harmonisation of conclusion wording could be conferred in working groups of the European Network of Forensic Institutes (ENFSI). The forming of the Board of Lithuanian Forensic Institutions could be useful for solving methodology and other problems in forensic examination.
