Moral Certainty of Expert as Rational Base of his Morality

Abstract
The problem of personal persuasion formation of the forensic expert personality repeatedly has risen in the number of special issues. However, as a rule, the structure of personal persuasion was considered from gnosiological, logic, legal proceedings, psychological positions, but the expert’s personal persuasion as a rationale of his (her) morals almost was not considered. Basic directions of moral bases influence of forensic activity on expert’s personal persuasion are considered in this publication, including formation of personal persuasions in the collective.
