Ši tema betarpiškai susijusi su mano tiesioginiu darbu bei dėstomu dalyku M. Riomerio Universitete (toliau- Universitete), todėl norėčiau išdėstyti savo požiūrį į šiuo metu veikiančią operatyvinių darbuotojų rengimo sistemą. Pranešimo metu pirmiausia pabandysiu panagrinėti, ko tikisi operatyvinės veiklos subjektas iš operatyvinio darbuotojo, taip pat apžvelgsiu ir paanalizuosiu problemas, su kuriomis susiduria tokius darbuotojus rengiančios įstaigos.
