Balinio ajero (Acorus calamus) šaknų ekstrakto poveikio vėžinių ląstelių proliferacijai tyrimas

Santrauka
Naujų gamtinių junginių, pasižyminčių antiproliferaciniu veikimu ir turinčių potencialą kuriant vėžio gydymo strategijas, ieškoma nuolat. Atliekami augalų ekstraktų tyrimai, siekiant išsiaiškinti jų galimas terapines savybes. Šiame darbe mes tyrėme galimą priešvėžinį spiritinio balinio ajero (Acorus calamus) šaknų ekstrakto veikimą. Gauti duomenys parodė, kad šis ekstraktas gana efektyviai slopina žmogaus vėžinių ląstelių – krūties vėžio (MCF7), plaučių vėžio (A549) bei neuroblastomos (N2A), gyvybingumą ir proliferaciją.
