Abstract
Cooperation as a social interaction form involves formation of the action system and the social relationships development. The article defines both manifestations of cooperation courses and problems that arise in their realisation.
It also describes features and stages working as team, analyses special characteristics of the internal collaboration in institutions.
The viewpoint of the three institutions of disabled children and their specialists to cooperation as a phenomenon is represented in analysis of the research.
