Usage of Special Knowledge of Investigation of Crimes of Narcotic Substances: State and Prospects

Abstract
In the article disclosing and investigation of crimes with illegal circulations of narcotics are discussed. It is stated that there are questions which decision is impossible without use of special knowledge. In the work questions of usage forms and some criminalities aspects of special knowledge are analyzed.
Opportunities to use special knowledge of medicine, narcology and their value carrying out a pre-judicial investigation of interrogation are estimated, using the materials of the survey, carried out in the biggest towns of Lithuania.
The author of the article notes that inspectors of these crimes always invite on performance actions of investigation the experts of chemistry, medicine.
Prospects of research of the criminalities objects related to drugs, their opportunities in Lithuania are also mentioned. Those are the profiling of synthetic drugs and usage of dogs.
One of basic conclusions is, that in future a variety of already existing drugs and development of new – earlier unknown ones, will demand the use of special knowledge of botany, chemistry, computer technology.
