Abstract
The main strategic goals of the Republic of Lithuania are legal state and knowledge society. One of the means to achieve the strategic goals is the design and implementation of computer automated information, expert systems and legal databases for management of legal information and processes. This means provides a solution to render legal information to the public, manage legal data, and conduct automated legal consultation in a manner, which saves time and resources.
