Abstract

The article addresses the issues regarding the training of lawyers under the circumstances of globalization. Three main issues are discussed in detail: 1) the social relevance of lawyer training; 2) the need to intensify the corporate development of professional training; 3) the corporate nature of lawyer training and the need for its development. The current social urgency of lawyer training is based on several interrelated factors: the metaregulatory functions of the law and the interaction between market regulation and the commercialization of democracy. This interaction gives birth to new regulatory principles – fruitful cooperation, mutual integration and constant fluctuation, all of which both interact with the old regulatory principles of the Western civilization and transform their social significance.
