Abstract
Public prosecutors social reaction to delinquency of under-age must correspond with the international law and must occupy the position that meets the objective needs of delinquency prevention of under-age in Lithuania.
The vision of their activity encompasses the state legal residential protection of children, implementing the goals of non-criminogenic socialization.
The mission of the public prosecutors activity is to guarantee the supervision of the child’s non-criminogenic socialization and the enforcement of child’s rights and legal interests protection.
