Women’s participation in the NGO projects: attitudes and opportunities

Abstract
Lithuania, as well as other contemporary societies, is undergoign the times full of new technological, political, economic, social and scientific changes.
Changes are being noticeable in Lithuanian education system, these changes are caused by chantes in economical system and society. Concepts of Learning Society, lifelong learning become more and more actual.
Women are biggest part of Lithuania sodiety and women‘s learning is very importan for economical and social life of our country. Non-goverment organizations provide lifelong learning for women.
The research showed that most of women‘s learning is assigned to keep women in the labour market.
