Abstract
The Fourth Industrial Revolution has had a profound impact on all aspects of social life and human beings. This study assesses the importance of e-urban government deployment and delineates the accomplishments, constraints, and strategies to improve this paradigm. By examining the achievements and obstacles of e-government, we suggest ideas for its enhancement. The primary aim is to augment the efficiency of governmental administration and improve the quality of public services for citizens and enterprises. The research employs Ho Chi Minh City as a case study to exemplify the analyses and recommendations, offering insights into e-urban government advancement in a significant metropolitan center.
