Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of modernizing human resources management in a modern organization. In the article, the author aims to reveal the modernization process of human resources management and the identification of human resource management modernization of axes and measures.
The human resources process is understood as unfolding of the procedure, whose main activities involve planning, recruitment, selection, socialization, training and improvement, performance evaluation and promotion, transfer, demotion in duties and dismissal. Human resources management modernization of axes and measures is human resources strategic management, competences magnification, the development of the electronic human resources. In today’s world striving for competitive advantage, it is necessary to follow the strategic guidelines for the management of human resources. The importance of information technology should not be forgotten because these technologies help to combine new scientific knowledge, inventiveness, practical experience, and this combination is focused on new services and products for society.
