Searching of Smart Public Governance Concept: Critical Analysis of Different Theoretical Approach

Abstract
Recent years in scholarly literature appears quite new and modern term - “smart public governance”. Usually, this term is used in the context of smart city, e-governance and good governance conceptions. However, it is clear, that in public governance literature this concept is not enough analyzed and still there is no clear agreement how we can define, what smart public governance really is. The aim of this article is to analyze the concept of smart public governance in different theoretical conceptions contexts and to identify the main elements of this concept. The aim of the article is met by analyzing the latest scientific literature on public administration and discussing the concept of good governance developed by international organizations.
