New Trends in the Public Administration

Abstract
The article examines main trends of public administration development starting from traditional public administration and going through New Public Management (new public administration) to New Public Service. Author stress that New Public Management isn’t a universal tool solving all public administration problems. Author concludes that all forms of public administration are controversial, and creating modern and effective systems in public administration in selected country is necessary to take in account economical development ant other peculiarities of that country. Such considerations would help to encourage social and economical development of certain society and avoid possible negative consequences.
