Abstract
The article defines and discusses the command work as well as indicates its need and effect in business development and management of human resources. It also emphasizes the difference between notions group and command. The article analyses the specifics of assessment command work by Team Pulls test and its priorities, describes motivation of chosen for testing institutions, gives results of command work that were find by Team Pulls test in small and medium business institutions, gives possible measures for optimization of command work. The author highlights the advantages of command work and its usage possibilities in small and medium business institutions. The article is based on testing and data indicating the specifics of command work in small and medium business institutions in the North Lithuania.
