Human resource management in contemporary conditions of the economic practice in connection with the present crisis in the Slovak Republic

Abstract
The article is aimed at two areas concerned with human resource management and its application in present conditions of the Slovak Republic. The introductory part constitutes of a certain exposition of the discussed problem and stresses the importance of the human factor in the production process because it is the only source of any activity and progress. In the contribution, the object of investigation are selected up-to-date economic problems of the human resource management which are solved at a relatively narrow extent. An appropriate attention is paid to questions related to the system of an acquisition and choice of employees, to the improvement of the educational system of employees, and finally to their motivation during the economic crisis. The subsequent object of the investigation is a development of the human resource management and its global apprehension enabling one to achieve a positive trend in the field of managing human resources.
