The attitude of convicts to participation in social programmes as a possibility to resocialization

Abstract
A social reintegration of convicts becomes one the main problems of society. Therefore it is very important to create resocialization training system for convicts, which actually could reduce the recurrence of crime, help them to turn over one’s way, better understand changes in normal life of society.
The time spent in penitentiary peculiarities inflect negatively on convicts’ personality as well as on interests, needs, points of view, moral and others inner attitudes. Exclusion changes one’s personal attitudes and it doesn’t stimulate one’s self-sufficiency.
In order to achieve resocialization of convicts it is necessary to evaluate various factors that troubles convicts’ resocialization: specific needs, early social environment and existing isolation.
One of the most important functions of education of convicts in penitentiaries is resocialization, preparation for living in a society and change of negative position into positive one.
The possible to achieve the best results in solving resocializational problems of convicts is only trough improving our legal basis, doing social workers trainings for penitentiary peculiarities, doing effective resocializational work, creating social programmes.
