Abstract
In the following article current issues of formation and implementation of budgetary policy of Republic of Kazakhstan is considered, mechanisms of budget planning methods and budgetary resources utilization improvements are analyzed. The special emplhasis is placed on the existing problems in the budgetary sector, which determines the need for further research in this area.
