Implementation of Activities of Non-Governmental Organisations in the Aspect of E-Participation

Abstract
Theoretical analysis of interaction between different levels – e-participation, public sphere and non-governmental organisations is presented in this article. According to this analysis, this article presents the estimated expressions of NGO e-participation in Lithuania. The aim of this article is to analyse theoretical approaches which involve the conception of e-participation and implementation of NGO activities using e-participation. The object of this article indicates expressions of e‑participation of non-governmental organisations. Three main theoretical approaches are emphasised in the article: postmodernism, critical theory and social constructivism. According to these theories, common factors are noted, namely social, political and communicative, which influence the expressions of NGO e-participation and relate the main theoretical approaches.
