Abstract
In this article through improved evaluation methods the situation in Lithuania in 2014-2016 is analyzed. The most important factors to identify the quality of life of the population of Lithuania are picked out: the income and the consumption expenditure. The outcomes of inequalities in the population are highlighted. To evaluate the problems of inequality as a whole wide range of indicators are used: Dini coefficient, Lorentz curve, the fund coefficient, concentration coefficient, quartile asymmetry coefficient, differentiation coefficient, Robin Hood index, Atkinson index and Theil entropy measure. Important conclusions are made.
